Paperspaces was established in 2001 on the Hibiscus Coast. We offer a total design service for your home and property. Lynda and the team are qualified architectural designers. We can offer initial concept design through to full building consent documentation, and project management for landscape work.

We deal primarily within the greater Auckland and Northland regions, but have been involved with projects all around the North Island.

Our Office uses the latest architectural software to enable clear, concise, accurate drawings which the builders, contractors and councils find easy to use. We have the ability to produce computer generated 3D models to make your project easier to visualize.

Our emphasis is on helping clients get through their project with the minimum of fuss. Paperspaces pride themselves on listening to the client, keeping them informed about progress at all times and on ensuring the client ends up with a design solution that they can afford and that meets all their design and lifestyle requirements by balancing the budget, design and construction practicalities relevant to the site.
